Mica Tape-Calcined

Calcined mica tape for fire-resistant cables is crafted using premium calcined mica paper as its base material, reinforced on one side with alkali-free glass fiber cloth. It is bonded with silicone resin and undergoes high-temperature baking, drying, and precise slitting to form the final product. Primarily used between the core and sheath of fire-resistant cables, this tape provides reliable fire-resistant insulation.
Calcined mica tape usually used as insulation material at flame temperatures of 850℃ to 950℃.
Synthetic mica tape usually used as insulation material at flame temperatures of 950℃ to 1000℃.
Phlogopite mica tape usually used as insulation material at flame temperatures of 750℃ to 850℃.
