Electrical Insulation Paper

NMN 6640 is a three-layer insulation material with polyester film between NOMEX paper, offering good heat resistance and strength for Class F/H applications. NHN 6650 uses polyimide film for higher thermal stability, making it ideal for Class H (180°C) insulation.

Basic Information

  • NMN 6640

    Nomex paper+Polyester film+Nomex paper (Class F/H)

  • NHN 6650

    NHN 6650

  • AMA

    Aramid paper+Polyester film+Aramid paper (Class F)

  • AHA

    Aramid paper+Polyimide film+Aramid paper (Class F)

  • Thickness

    0.15-0.35mm, Width: 980(mm)

Features

  • Excellent heat resistance, dielectric property and mechanical strength.

  • Good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness.

  • Good compatibility with insulation varnish.

  • As slot, interturn and liner insulation for H-grade motors and electric appliances.

Applications

● They can be used for slot insulation, liner insulation and turn-to-turn insulation in stator windings in motors and electrical appliances.

● Besides, it is also used for interlayer insulation, end seal insulation, and liner insulation of dry-type transformers.
