Phenolic laminated cotton sheet is a widely used industrial insulation and engineering material. It is manufactured by impregnating cotton fabric with phenolic resin under high temperature and pressure, resulting in excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation performance, and machinability. According to fabric structure and performance differences, Phenolic Cotton Laminate is mainly divided into four grades: C850.1, C850.2, C850.3, and C850.4.

1.C850.1 Phenolic Cotton Laminate (Scrims) – 7 yarns / 10 yarns
● Grade: C Canvas Phenolic
● Standard: GB/T24124-2009
● Temperature Resistance Class: E class
● Color: Natural (light yellow or light brown)
C850.1 is designed for high mechanical strength applications. Its vertical bending strength and parallel impact strength are higher than other Phenolic Cotton Laminates. It is equivalent to NEMA C grade and comparable to IEC PFCC201 and DIN HGW2082 materials.
Applications: Suitable for mechanical processing parts such as gears, bearings, and other heavy-duty mechanical components.

2. C850.2 Phenolic Cotton Laminate (Scrims) – 12 yarns

C850.2 offers balanced mechanical and electrical properties with improved moisture resistance. It is equivalent to NEMA CE grade and comparable to IEC PFCC202 and DIN HGW2082.5 standards.
Applications: Widely used in electrical insulation structures and mechanical components requiring stable performance in humid environments.

C850.3 has excellent machinability and stable performance. It can be easily machined into precision insulating components. It is equivalent to NEMA L grade and comparable to IEC PFCC203 and DIN HGW2083 standards.
Applications: Suitable for insulating structural parts in machinery and equipment where good processing performance is required.

4. C850.4 Phenolic Cotton Laminate (Muslin) – 32 yarns

C850.4 provides higher electrical performance than C850.2, along with excellent moisture resistance and machinability. It is equivalent to NEMA LE grade and comparable to IEC PFCC204 and DIN 2083.5 standards.
Applications: Mainly used in electrical insulation structural parts requiring higher dielectric performance and reliability.
