Epoxy Glass Sheet is manufactured using electronic-grade alkali-free fiberglass fabric impregnated with epoxy resin and other modified materials, followed by high-temperature and high-pressure lamination. Epoxy Glass Sheets feature excellent electrical insulation, flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, and strong mechanical performance.

Epoxy Glass Sheets are widely used in electric motors and electrical equipment, wind power and hydropower systems, rail transportation, aerospace and marine industries, fixtures and molds, electronic heating systems, and control systems requiring insulation structural components. They are also used as new decorative structural materials in high-speed rail and railway vehicle systems.
FR-4 Epoxy Glass Sheet is manufactured by bonding glass fiber fabric with epoxy resin under heat and pressure. It maintains high mechanical strength at medium temperatures and stable electrical performance at elevated temperatures.
FR-4 is a laminated board produced from specialized electronic-grade fiberglass fabric impregnated with epoxy-phenolic resin and cured under high temperature and high pressure. It offers excellent mechanical strength, dielectric properties, good heat resistance, moisture resistance, and excellent machinability.
FR-4 Epoxy Glass Sheet is widely used as insulation structural components in electrical and electronic equipment, including switches, FPC reinforcement, electrical insulation parts, carbon film printed circuit boards, PCB drilling backup boards, and mold fixtures and test jigs. It is also suitable for use in humid environments and transformer oil conditions.

l Wide formulation flexibility
Epoxy resin systems can be adapted to a wide range of application requirements by selecting different resins, curing agents, and modifiers. Viscosity can range from very low viscosity liquids to high-melting solid systems.
l Flexible curing conditions
By selecting different curing agents, epoxy resin systems can cure within a temperature range of 0°C to 180°C.
l Strong adhesion performance
The polar hydroxyl and ether groups in the epoxy molecular structure provide strong adhesion to various substrates. Low curing shrinkage also helps reduce internal stress and improve bonding strength.
l Low shrinkage rate
Epoxy resin curing occurs via addition reaction or ring-opening polymerization without releasing water or volatile by-products. Compared with unsaturated polyester and phenolic resins, epoxy systems show very low shrinkage (typically below 2%).
l Excellent mechanical properties
After curing, epoxy resin systems exhibit outstanding mechanical strength and structural stability.
Vertical bending strength (normal condition): ≥ 340 MPa
Vertical compressive strength: ≥ 350 MPa
Parallel impact strength: ≥ 33 kJ/m²
Parallel shear strength: ≥ 30 MPa
G10 is a glass fiber reinforced epoxy laminate, where “G” refers to glass fiber and “10” indicates the fiberglass content ratio in this material system. G10 is composed of electronic-grade fiberglass fabric combined with epoxy resin.
It meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, offers continuous operating temperature up to 180°C, and short-term temperature resistance up to 288°C. It maintains good mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and provides excellent insulation, acid and alkali resistance, and moisture resistance.
G10 Epoxy Glass Sheet is suitable for electrical equipment requiring high insulation performance and higher temperature resistance, including industrial electrical systems and precision insulation applications.
3240 is manufactured by impregnating electronic-grade alkali-free fiberglass fabric with epoxy-phenolic resin and curing under heat and pressure. It offers high mechanical strength and reliable electrical insulation performance.
3240 is widely used in Class B electrical motors and electrical equipment as insulation structural components, as well as in other industrial insulation applications.
