Bakelite Sheet is manufactured via hot pressing after color matching and impregnation of bleached wood pulp paper with tung oil modified phenolic resin blended with epoxy resin. After surface grinding, the thickness tolerance of Bakelite Sheet can be controlled within ±0.10mm; ultra-precision special production processes can achieve a tighter thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm.

Base plates for PCB drilling machines and routing machines, test fixture plates, auxiliary mechanical equipment plates, insulating panels for electrical control systems.
